Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management - Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking, to generate leads and drive business growth - Provide technical sales support to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for targeting and penetrating new markets - Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate reports Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a Cannabis or technical sales environment - Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport - Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical clients - Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow for better communication with Spanish-speaking clients - Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Note:
