Summary:
Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors to include tile, carpet, and brick flooring Complete work assignments in a timely manner Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure Leverage and maintain floor equipment as appropriate Observe safety precautions at all times, uses safety signs wet floor Ability to work without normal supervision Reports safety hazards when identified Safely drive a company vehicle Knowledge and Skill Requirements High School Diploma Minimum of (1) year commercial related experience Strong communication skills Must be willing to work assigned hours Have a Driver's license with a good to excellent driving record Harvard is offering a competitive salary structure including benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan.
