Responsibilities:
Report Coordinator Assocaite
(Duties & Responsibilities - purpose of the function and result to be accomplished) include but are not limited to those listed:
Gains proficiency in the Report Coordinator essential functions and the ability to perform these tasks
independently
Coordinates the reporting process to ensure that reports mail prior to or on the external mail date.
Creates reports and report components that meet quality standards.
Communicates effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and Study Directors.
Focuses on ensuring that customer requirements are met (i.e., expedited report timelines, preliminary
table requests, custom formats, and finalization requests).
Coordinates with study team to ensure that all members are aware of the current study status and plan
for the reporting portion of the study.
Demonstrates commitment to quality.
Effectively works in a team and demonstrates a commitment to achieving company goals.
Efficiently prioritizes assigned daily workload and uses time productively.
Punctual and reliable attendance according to MPI Research company policy.
Perform other related duties, as assigned.
Report Coordinator 1
Coordinates the reporting process to ensure that reports mail prior to or on the external mail date.
Creates reports and report components that meet quality standards.
Communicates effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and Study Directors.
Demonstrates ability to perform Report Coordinator essential functions independently.
Focuses on ensuring that customer requirements are met (i.e., expedited report timelines, preliminary
table requests, custom formats, and finalization requests).
Coordinates with study team to ensure that all members are aware of the current study status and plan
for the reporting portion of the study.
Demonstrates commitment to quality.
Effectively works in a team and demonstrates a commitment to achieving company goals.
Efficiently prioritizes assigned daily workload and uses time productively.
Punctual and reliable attendance according to MPI Research company policy.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Report Coordinator 2
Coordinates the reporting process to ensure that reports mail prior to or on the external mail date.
Creates reports and report components that meet quality standards.
Communicates effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and Study Directors.
Demonstrates ability to perform Report Coordinator essential functions independently and act as a
role model for the application of technical skills.
Focuses on ensuring that customer requirements are met (i.e., expedited report timelines, preliminary
table requests, custom formats, and finalization requests).
Coordinates with study team to ensure that all members are aware of the current study status and plan
for the reporting portion of the study.
Demonstrates commitment to quality.
Effectively works in a team and demonstrates a commitment to achieving company goals.
Efficiently prioritizes assigned daily workload and uses time productively.
Punctual and reliable attendance according to MPI Research company policy.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:
Grade 4
Bachelor's degree in relevant field; or
HS / GED and 2 years of relevant experience.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions and including ability to learn a validated
system.
Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings,
weekends, extended shifts and/or extra shifts, sometimes on short notice.
Ability to work under specific time constraints.
Grade 5
Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 1 year of relevant experience; or
HS / GED and 4 years of relevant experience.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions and including ability to learn a validated
system.
Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings,
weekends, extended shifts and/or extra shifts, sometimes on short notice.
Ability to work under specific time constraints.
Grade 6
Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3 years of relevant experience; or
HS / GED and 6 years of relevant experience.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions and including ability to learn a validated
system.
Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings,
weekends, extended shifts and/or extra shifts, sometimes on short notice.
Ability to work under specific time constraints.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
