Responsibilities:
This position is responsible to install, repair, and perform planned maintenance functions on facility
heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems; perform efficiency tests on HVAC equipment
to ensure optimal function; make recommendations to the organization in order to improve efficiency or
operation; assist in the design of new facility HVAC systems; ensure all HVAC systems are in
compliance with local or national regulatory requirements; work under minimal supervision on complex
projects ; assist less experienced peers, as needed; and execute independent judgment. This position is
also responsible for the processing and remediation of routine and nonroutine work orders for all facility
equipment (i.e., boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, etc.).

Qualifications:
Grade 4:
o ASCS and 0-2 years of relevant experience; or
o HS/GED and 3 years of relevant experience.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions and including ability to learn a validated
system.
Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings,
weekends, extended shifts and/or extra shifts, sometimes on short notice.
Ability to work under specific time constraints.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
