Client Manager - Client Services

  A Client Manager is responsible for assigned sponsors, conducting internal strategic sales and providing centralized, multi-site coordination for response to sponsor requests. The individual in this role works with marketing, scientific, and financial staff to provide quality customer service.     The following are minimum requirements related to the Client Manager position:     Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, business, or marketing related discipline with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; contract research organization experiencepreferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize based on departmental goals and to effectively meet deadlines. Demonstrated knowledge of business processes. Strong interpersonal skills and strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels inside and outside the organization. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions, including the ability to learn a validated system. Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to evenings, weekends, extended shifts, and/or extra shifts; sometimes on short notice. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
