Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced¬ Training Associate - Surgery for our¬ TrainingTeam¬ located in¬ Mattawan, MI.


¬ 


A Training¬ Associate - Surgery¬ is responsible for providing both basic and advanced skill development specifically for Surgery Operating Room technicians.¬  The Training Associate - Surgery ¬ will work directly within the Surgery department and will coordinate training opportunities with the Surgery supervisors.¬  A successful candidate must meet the job description requirements with preferred experience in principles of surgery, anesthesia methods, pre and post-operative functions, and surgical equipment operation.

The following are the minimum requirements related to a Training Associate position.



  • HS/GED/Bachelor's degree with 1-4 years of relevant experience; LAT certification preferred.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in required departmental technical skills; previous training experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of department processes and procedures.

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels inside and outside the organization.

  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions, including the ability to learn a validated system.

  • Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to evenings, weekends, extended shifts, and/or extra shifts; sometimes on short notice.

  • Ability to work under specific time constraints.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
